Welcome to Michael, an AI assistant platform that helps users build mobile and web apps, operated by App Forge Lab, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you must upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the Services.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction after the trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications;
  
• Scraping or harvesting data;
  
• Reverse engineering or copying our software;
  
• Uploading or distributing offensive, harmful, or illegal content;
  
• Interfering with the operation of the Services.
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases;
  
• Your account and data may be retained for a reasonable period (typically 30–90 days) for legal, audit, or internal purposes, after which it may be deleted permanently.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your data, and we will not use it for any unrelated purpose without your consent.

• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
